Peter Huppertz is a specialist in information technology law and has more than 20 years of experience in the preparation and negotiation of various licensing, development, distribution, outsourcing and other technology agreements. Peter Huppertz also advises on open source software licensing, privacy, e-commerce and technology litigation. He publishes regularly, gives lectures at industry-specific events and is a specialist consultant at the Bundesverband Materialwirtschaft, Einkauf und Logistik e.V. (Federal Association for Materials Management, Purchasing and Logistics). (BME) and for the German Lawyers Academy. He is a member of the Board of the Information Technology Working Group of the German Bar Association. Peter Huppertz is also a board member of the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw), the world’s largest association of IT legal practitioners.
